The Process
Once you have signed up with Epic Resolutions you might wonder what the next step is:
The First Step:
- We order your credit reports from the three major credit bureaus, Experian, Equifax, and Trans Union. You then will receive your credit reports in your home mail box within 7-10 business days. (Please Note: Your credit reports will be sent to you in plain white envelope, so be sure not to discard them as junk mail.)
The second step:
- Once you receive your credit reports from the credit bureaus, you will then need to e-mail a copy to us, so that we have something to work from. Please Note: You will need to send each separately. Please make sure all pages are in order, and facing the same directions.

The third step:
- Once we receive a clear copy of your credit reports from you, we will begin work on them. After our process is complete the credit bureaus then have 45 days to update your credit file. Once this time period is complete you will automatically be receiving new undated credit reports. On the front page of each undated report you will see the accounts that were deleted off your credit file. If your credit reports still has negative items listed, you will then need to forward us a copy of your new undated credit reports, so that we can continue the process.
Epic Resolutions will always keep you informed of your progress, as long as you continue to sent us your updated credit reports as you receive them.
